Pour 8 bonnes grosses parts:
- 6 pommes
- 500ml de lait écrémé
- 1 bouchon de rhum ambré
- 2CS de cacao non sucré
- 120gr de farine
- 30gr de maizena
- 3 oeufs
Réserver les pommes
Dans un mixer mélanger tous les ingrédients ça sera beaucoup plus simple que si vous faites tout à la main!!!!!
A la préparation ajouter les pommes puis verser dans un moule anti-adhésif.
Enfourner 40 minutes à 200° (vérifier que c'est bien cuit sinon laisser encore un peu couvert avec du papier alu pour que ça ne crame pas au dessus)
Déguster froid c'est bien meilleur et plus solide.
